  I work at the Campton Dunkin Donuts and yes some times i can be slow like in the drive thru, but we get people ordering like 8 coffees and tons of food and smoothies ... people don't under stand that it takes time to make all this stuff ...especially when the line inside is longer, plus ordering less. if you want a faster service than don't be that guy that orders a ton than complains because one thing is wrong, if you nicely ask we will gladly make something over. on a long day we get costumers that end up flipping out on us for no reason, and the no toilet paper, really do you thing we have time to go in there and check every time some one comes out, if we are out of toilet paper tell us, if its dirty... tell us...

  I opened my medium coffee about 15 miles down the highway. I was looking forward to my nice hot cup of coffee and two donuts. The coffee was not even warm! It was terrible. The person driving did not want to go back. I ended having one donut with some Gator Aid. I have now added Dunkin Donuts the list of places where I have to check my order before leaving. Come on Dunkin! Get with! You can't even deliver a coffee that is hot!!!
